Applying to the JD/MBA Program
Applicants to the Francis J. & Wm. Polk Carey JD/MBA Program should apply through Wharton’s application for admission, which includes an integrated JD/MBA application section. Applicants should follow Wharton’s application deadlines; applicants to the JD/MBA program must apply for Wharton’s Round 1 or Round 2 deadline and will not be considered in Round 3. Applicants to the program will receive their response from both Penn Law and Wharton according to Wharton’s decision release date schedule. Applicants must be admitted by both schools to enroll in the three-year program. Students must be accepted by Wharton either before starting at the Law School or during their first year in the Law School.
